I do not recommend! I cannot return the order as it is impossible to print the return label. The shop does not respond to messages and does not want to help

Quick delivery and good product

Took sometime but they arrived true to size and brand new. I was a little worried and skeptical about the reviews but once i received my item I decided I may order more stuff.

Everything perfect: good prices, easy purchase, excellent tracking (including photo tracking) and fast delivery. Strongly recommended!

Have yet to receive anything and it’s been almost a month with no update on the order

I ordered boots on the 31st of december and still nothing. On my tracking page it shows that it hasn't left the parcel centre in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. 'Item in Transit' is not good enough, as they clearly are not in transit. My order number is #20916521 if there's a Goalinn bot kicking around this cesspool of disappointed customers. I should have checked the reviews first. Stay away if you want an easy experience.

Stop copying and pasting the same buIIshit. My question is, WHY DID YOU IGNORE MY REFUND REQUEST AND PROCESSED THE ORDER? I know it could have been cancelled because the order was not processed and shipped. Please answer my question. Order #: 20705691

Order number 20322290. Estimated delivery date given was 10th December. No notification that the order has shipped yet. Selected DHL for delivery. No tracking number leads me to fear that this has not even been shipped yet. Awaiting response to my email to customer care. What is the status of my order ? When should I expect delivery ? Please refund me if this order cannot be delivered to me by 24th December 2020.

They will happily take your money straight away and then check to see if they have it in stock. Not only will the item still be available on the website after they tell you it's not in stock but they will happily advertise it across Facebook and Google so God knows how many more people ordered the item when they are aware they cant fulfill the order. To top it all off you have to wait for them to put the money back in... funny how they manage to take the money straight away but putting it back takes a little while.

At first i felt it was sketchy but their products are 100% legit and authentic and their prices are absolutely the best, the delivery takes a lot of time but they always answered my questions and inquiries. Totally recommend it but make sure your order in advance.
